"Medievalists Interview Part 1

Medievalists.com was pretty much in its infancy when its owner/operators approached me for an interview, and the published the result in the three-part one-on-one presented here. It was shot, if my memory is working properly, in my room at one of the downtown Vancouver Hotels in October, 2009, when I was in town for the Vancouver Writers' Festival, and although some might argue that the production values here are strictly limited (the entire thing was shot in almost one continuous take,) I think the content more than makes up for the supposed shortcomings of the Production overall... This was one of the first podcasts the Medievalists had ever attempted, and they were far more interested in getting the book-oriented content to their followers than they were in creating something aesthetically pleasing. I admired that.
